I’m back in London, AND it is my blog’s 2nd birthday! Hurrah! I apologise for the lack of posts lately, my trip to Finland turned out to be busier than I thought… But I hope that the lovely birthday-giveaways that I have in store for you will make you forget that ;). Täällä sitä taas ollaan, Lontoossa. Ikävä on jo Suomeen, täällä on ihan harmaata ja oudon lämmintä! Mutta onhan tässä kivojakin asioita, sillä tänään on blogini 2-vuotissynttäri, jehuu! En ole viime aikoina ehtinyt paljoa postailemaan, mutta toivottavasti nämä kivat synttäri-arvonnat helpottaa hieman ;). Bestseller Fashion Fair 2014: Junarose sneak peek

Hello my lovies,

I’ve got another preview to Junarose‘s upcoming collections to show you. I was invited to the Bestseller Fashion Fair in Helsinki last week, and I was really excited to see what their brands have in store for us later this year. Bestseller has got loads of main range sized brands filled with gorgeous clothing, but of course I was most interested in seeing the new Junarose collection. The items at the fair are coming to their online store mostly in April-June, and the biggest news was that Junarose is going to introduce accessories to their collection too (belts, hats, scarves). The pictures below show some details and overviews of the collection, and the last photo is me wearing my favourite; gorgeous cocoon cardigan!

Vuorossa olisi taas pientä esimakua Junarosen tulevista mallistoista. Bestseller Fashion Fair pidettiin Helsingissä viime viikolla, ja olin innossani näkemään mitä uutta Bestsellerin brändeillä on tarjottavana tänä vuonna. Ja olin tietysti myös innoissani ensimmäisestä tilaisuudesta mihin minut on bloggaajana kutsuttu Suomessa ;)! Kuten varmasti tiedätte, Bestsellerillä on paljon eri brändejä täynnä ihania vaatteita, mutta tietysti näin plussakokoisena olin eniten kiinnostunut näkemään Junarosen tarjonnan. Suurin osa messuilla esitellyistä vaatteista tulevat kauppoihin ja nettikauppaan huhti-kesäkuussa, ja uutisena voin kertoa, että he myös lisäävät asusteita (vöitä, pipoja, kaulaliinoja) mallistoihinsa tulevaisuudessa! Allaolevissa kuvissa on yksityiskohtia ja yleisnäkymiä mallistosta, ja viimeisessä kuvassa päälläni on lempparini: ihana munan muotoinen villatakki!

Do any of these gorgeous details make you excited? I think I put about 15 items to my mental wishlist myself, and in my opinion Junarose is continuing on a right path!

Onko näissä yksityiskohdissa jotain teitä kiinnostavaa? Mun toivelistalleni meni kyllä ainakin 15 tuotetta, ja mielestäni Junarose jatkaa loistavalla linjalla!

I’m here in Finland for my mom’s 70th birthday, and as the lovely party was yesterday, I finally have some time to post. The title of this post doesn’t really fit these below zero degrees here, but it does fit to the outfit and how the winter has been in London. Even though I miss the proper winters of Finland, I do like the fact that I can dress in different ways in London, as it’s so much warmer!

This Yours Clothing skirt is the perfect addition to my maxi skirt-collection. Sadly the sheerness of it doesn’t show properly in these photos, but that’s the fact that I love the most about it. And these shoes.. are you bored of them yet? Sorry I’m not sorry, they are my fave shoes right now ;)

Täällä sitä ollaan, Suomessa. Äidin seitsemänkymppiset oli eilen, ja nyt juhlien jälkeen mulla on taas aikaa postailla :). Postauksen nimi ei oikein sovi tähän Suomen talveen, mutta Lontooseen ja tähän asuun se on täydellinen. Mulla on kyllä ollut ikävä Suomea ja näitä kunnollisia talvipakkasia, mutta onhan se kiva tuolla Lontoossa, että voi pukeutua monipuolisemmin siellä leudossa talvessa!

Tämä Yours Clothingin hame on täydellinen lisä mun maxi-hame kokoelmaan. Valitettavasti sen läpinäkyvyys ei kunnolla näistä kuvista erotu, mutta se on mun lemppari-juttu tässä hameessa. Ja olettekos jo kyllästyneet näihin kenkiin? Sori vaan, ne on kyllä mun lempikengät tällä hetkellä ;)

First look to Claire Richards for Fashion World SS14

Hello my lovies,

I was asked if I’d like to have a few pieces from the new Claire Richards collection for Fashion World and show them to you here on the blog. After seeing all the pieces I decided to go with the printed maxi dress, lace sweater and nude pink peep toe heels. All the pieces in the collection are lovely, but these were definitely the most ‘me’, as I felt the dresses were too long for my taste. I was seriously impressed when my pieces arrived, the fit was great, and the print of the dress is gorgeous.

So, I braved the wind and rain and here are the two outfits that I used the pieces in. I added a blue leather skirt and a pink bag to the first outfit, and I think the dark ‘dirtyish’ blue looks lovely with the cream and nude pink tones :).
